Marcus awarded forensic credential
 David Marcus, CPA, has been awarded the Certified in Financial Forensics credential (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Marcus is also a member of the AICPA’s national Forensic and Valuation Services Center.
 
The CFF Credential, established in 2008 by the AICPA, is granted to CPAs with considerable professional experience in the relatively new field of financial forensics. CFF-credentialed CPAs perform fraud and forensic accounting, investigate government compliance, serve as a neutral decision-maker in resolving disputes between parties arising from mergers and acquisitions and may serve as an expert witness in litigation.

 

Marcus is a managing partner of Marcus, Fairall, Bristol, LLC serving the El Paso/Southern New Mexico region.

Tracy Bristol heads El Paso jobs organization  Nov. 13 2010: Tracy Bristol, CPA, was elected chairwoman of the board that oversees Workforce Solutions Upper Rio Grande, this area’s public employment agency. Tracy has been a member of the board for more than eight years.

Andy Sanchez fights fires in El Paso

Staff accountant Andy Sanchez, CPA, also serves as a firefighter with the El Paso Fire Department. He has over 17 years with the department and is based at Northeast station #16 on Hercules Drive. Sanchez specializes in governmental and not-for-profit accounting.
